The Eiffel Tower grew 6 meters after a new digital radio antenna (DAB+) was
recently installed on the top and connected to a DF6D200R COM-TECH DAB combiner.
The tower built by Gustave Eiffel in the late 19th century, now measures 330 metres.
The new antenna was airlifted onto its peak by helicopter.
The Eiffel tower is among the most visited tourist sites in the world and has also been used
for broadcast transmissions for more than 100 years.
